Lauren Sands is the founder and CEO of LES Collection, a showroom and e-commerce experience dedicated to curating captivating, unexpected art and decor for the home. Sands represents artists from around the world, helping clients discover objects that delight and trigger a deep emotional response. In addition, LES develops products that celebrate individuality and creativity. 

In addition to her work at LES Collection, Lauren Sands is a philanthropist with over a decade of dedicated service in hospital settings, advocating for improved access, quality, and equity in healthcare. Her journey into philanthropy was ignited by a profoundly personal experience when she was diagnosed with BRCA2.

Sands has dedicated herself to leveraging her resources and expertise in the healthcare community. She serves on the Board of Overseers for NYU Langone Hospital, The Advisory Board for the Perlmutter Cancer Center, and the Board of Trustees for Thompson Hospital. She has joined the Basser Center Advisory Board to further her dedication to BRCA-related cancers, which have profoundly impacted her and her family.
